1. Acceptance of Terms
By using EzVideo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Our Services are currently in Beta and may be modified, updated, or suspended at any time as we continue development.
2. Use of Service
You may use our Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Services to:
- Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or highly offensive content.
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
- Attempt to bypass, reverse-engineer, or break any security mechanism of the Services.
- Resell or redistribute access to the API without prior written agreement.
As EzVideo utilizes external APIs (including Google Gemini and Google Cloud), your usage is also subject to their respective Acceptable Use Policies.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the original text prompts and creative inputs you submit to EzVideo. Unless otherwise stated in a specific enterprise agreement, you also own the rights to the generated video output, subject to the terms imposed by underlying foundation model providers (e.g., Google's Veo 3 usage policy).
The EzVideo brand, software, and related technology remain the exclusive property of EzVideo Studio.
5. Limitation of Liability
EzVideo is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the video generation. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
